Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be notified within 7 days after the product has been received and sent for return no later than 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, please notify Dogos no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue with the products or anything else regarding your order, please let us know. Contact us through Facebook inbox, Instagram direct message or email at [email protected] before returning your items and we will follow up ASAP.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


UNCLAIMED

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We don’t refund orders for buyer’s remorse. You will be liable for reshipment costs for any size exchanges. Check our sizing charts here.
